ABOUT FELIX

I am a believer in balance.

I am not talking standing on one leg balance (although I can definitely help with that!)

I am talking about the balance between personal life, work, mind, body - and everything in between. In this day and age it can be hard to achieve this balance, but when it is achieved it feels amazing. 

Finding and actualising your fitness goals is the key to unlocking that healthy balance, longevity and happiness.

And the good news is, it is very possible. All you need is the desire to better yourself, dedication to your goals, and the right work ethic to achieve them. This, coupled with my professional knowledge, my accountability and genuine passion to help people reach their fitness goals, will get you well on your way to achieving the results you want.

I am a Personal Trainer who cares about people. My mission is to provide a bespoke service, tailored to your needs and goals whilst keeping it fun, engaging and motivating. I look forward to hearing from you soon!

Fully equipped with functional, cardio and strength equipment Train Yard is a fantastic work out space. With no more than 2 people working out at a time you'll get to train without long waits for equipment allowing you to have the perfect training session.

Park sessions use light resistance equipment, bodyweight exercises and calisthenics to give you a great full-body workout. These sessions are also great if you're looking to complete your first 5km, 10km or even half marathon.

DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?

As a qualified Personal Trainer and Nutritional Coach, this is a service I can provide at a small additional cost. I ask you to record a weekly food diary and I start by going through your diet and calorie intake, before optimising your diet specifically for your fitness goals and training.

CAN I GET ENOUGH OF A WORKOUT IN THE PARK SESSIONS?

I can guarantee you will leave feeling like you've worked your whole body - there's always further to go and harder to push! By using specific training techniques coupled with bodyweight and light resistance equipment, you will no doubt start to see aesthetic and functional improvements to your body.

CAN I TRAIN IF I'M WORRIED AND EMBARRASSED ABOUT HOW UNFIT I AM?

I offer a completely safe non-judgemental environment. Everyone falls off their fitness game sometimes, or maybe you've never worked out at all - but it is never too late to start. Ultimately, sessions are about improving your health, both physical and mental and we will progressively and steadily work towards achieving your goals.

 All ages, abilities and genders welcome at Felix Michael Personal Training.

WHAT MAKES YOU DIFFERENT TO OTHER PERSONAL TRAINERS?

I am an empathetic 'people-person' with a genuine desire to help people better themselves and become happier with their health. I trained as an Actor which helps me to really listen and understand what my clients want to achieve, I also have played sport at a semi-professional level and pushed myself to physical limits in a multitude of training types. I utilise my experiences and knowledge to create a bespoke and tailored plan specific to my clients goals.

I am based between East Dulwich and Denmark Hill and work from Parks in the local area.
